Casa Gualda

A high-quality estate was the origin of this legendary brand in La Mancha. Over a thousand plots, some with vines over half a century old, make up Casa Gualda, a winery located in the south of the province of Cuenca. The soils on which the vineyard is established consist of a dense layer of rounded pebbles shaped by the action of the nearby Júcar River, which enhances the reflection of sunlight and the ripening of the grapes. In addition to the privileged vineyard (with varieties such as Tempranillo, Bobal, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Viura, Moscatel, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Garnacha Blanca, Garnacha Tinta, Airén, and Verdejo), the innovative spirit of the winery has led to the creation of unique wines, endowed with personality and distinct characteristics. This is further supported by the winery's incorporation of the latest technological innovations.
