Cantina Viticoltori Trentini

Founded in 1950, Cavit (Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino) is one of the most important wineries in northeastern Italy. A cooperative society that brings together eleven winemaking houses from Trentino and has 4,500 associated winegrowers who generally work on small plots. Today, Cavit values and selects the wines produced by the associated wineries, supervising every phase of the winemaking process until the wine is marketed.
