Since 1829, the Bollinger family has lived in the same mansion where the magnificent champagnes that have brought them fame were and continue to be produced. This house remains faithful to traditional production methods. The quality and selection of the vineyards (crus) is one of its hallmarks. It sources from more than 160 hectares of vineyards, a true luxury in the Champagne region, allowing it to maintain extraordinary consistency. Furthermore, the vast majority of these vineyards are grands and premiers crus (the highest quality).
Committed to the highest quality, Bollinger only produces the Cuvée, meaning the must from the first pressing. Another characteristic of this maison is its focus on long aging periods (exceeding those established by the appellation regulations).
