Bodegas Valdrinal (2000) is the fulfilled dream of David Cuéllar, a member of a family deeply connected to the vineyard, proud of a long winemaking tradition. A winery that produces small batches of high-quality wines. Wines that stay true to the grape and the terroir.
Valdrinal is nurtured by 20 hectares of its own vineyards and an additional 10 hectares under control. Its facilities house 400 barrels, 95% of which are French oak, from coopers such as Radoux, Seugin Moreau, Berthomieu, Taransaud, Nadalie, Garoneise, Demptos... Aware of the importance of the aging process, David Cuéllar renews 30% of the barrel stock every year.
