Bodegas Toresanas

Although the origin of Bodegas Toresanas dates back to 1980, it did not have its own facilities until 1997. The winery has two floors, one of which is underground to maintain temperature and humidity at the proper levels naturally. Bodegas Toresanas is part of the Taninio group, owner of wineries such as Señorío de Sarría, Guelbenzu, and Palacio de Bornos, among others.

Bodegas Toresanas has 20 hectares of its own vineyard of tinta de Toro over ten years old. The terrain where it is located is clayey with sandstone and limestone sediments, ideal for cultivating this grape variety, which greatly benefits from soils that are low in organic matter, limestone-rich, and not very humid.
