Winery founded by Francisco Pina and Diolgie Araya, two young entrepreneurs passionate about wine. At Bodegas Sire, quality, artisanal production, and design come together. A brand that bases its work on meticulous care of raw materials, including nighttime harvests to preserve the grape's qualities to the fullest, and a production process that emphasizes native yeasts and aging in French and American oak. Currently producing in the Ribera del Duero and Rueda appellations.
