Bodegas Aragonesas

Bodegas Aragonesas was founded in 1984 to bottle, age, and market the wines of the San Juan Bautista de Fuendejalón Cooperative. In 1994, a capital increase took place, and the Santo Cristo de Magallón Cooperative became part of the company. With 60% of its vineyards planted with the garnacha variety, Bodegas Aragonesas has always been dedicated to the study and development of this variety, being pioneers in crafting high-quality single-varietal garnacha wines (Coto de Hayas Reserva 94, Coto de Hayas Garnacha Centenaria 98…).

The commitment to promoting garnacha has been constant over the years, maintaining the preservation of old vineyards and producing original and distinctive 100% garnacha wines such as Fagus, Aragonia, Galiano, and Nabulé. The latter is the winery's latest release, the result of extensive zoning work in the D.O. Campo de Borja, distinguishing the different types of terroirs that contribute to crafting garnacha wines with unique and distinctive nuances. The winery works with a controlled vineyard area of 3,200 hectares.
