Quinta San Antonio Winery is a small artisanal winery from the Valle de la Orotava, a guardian of the tradition of this important wine-producing region in Tenerife.
The Atlantic influence is reflected even in the name of its wine, Atlante, available in both white and red versions. On the volcanic soils of Barranco de San Antonio, the winery cultivates vines trained in the cordón trenzado method, with some vines over 80 years old, featuring the main native varieties such as listán blanco, listán negro, and albillo criollo.
Winemaking at Quinta San Antonio also adheres to the practices and traditions of the D.O. Valle de la Orotava, using concrete fermentation vats and native yeasts, resulting in authentic, pure, and unadulterated wines.
