Bodegas y Viñedos Paixar

In 2001, Alejandro Luna, together with brothers Alberto and Eduardo García (sons of the enólogo Mariano García) and Gregory Pérez, founded Bodegas y Viñedos Paixar. A partnership that focuses on tiny plots cultivated with the mencía variety, scattered around the surroundings of Dragonte, in the heart of Bierzo. Today, Luna himself solely leads this exclusive initiative, producing fewer than 10,000 bottles per vintage.
