Domaine du Chardonnay

More than three decades ago, the winemakers Etienne Boileau, William Nahan, and Christian Simon founded Domaine du Chardonnay, bringing together their vineyards and sharing their winemaking expertise. A winery renovated from a water mill bathed by the Serein River, located in the heart of Chablis, equipped with stainless steel tanks with temperature control and oak barrels for wine production.
