15 hectares of vineyard in the town of Epernay (France), with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier varieties, constitute one of the great assets of this century-old house in the Champagne region. Since 1882, five generations of winemakers have worked to maintain the prestige of this distinguished French house. Bauget-Jouette ages its sparkling wines in oak barrels, which gives its champagnes unique and appreciated aromatic and flavor characteristics, earning them worldwide fame. The winemaking is carried out in the Epernay cellars (dating back to the 18th century and located 27 meters underground), following the traditional Champagne production method.
