Barón de Ley

Barón de Ley

Barón de Ley is one of the most prestigious wineries in Rioja Oriental. Founded in 1985 in Mendavia (Navarra), it has been producing high-quality wine for over three decades at its Imas estate, a beautiful expanse of land that houses both the winery facilities and the 16th-century Benedictine Monastery, which now serves as the headquarters of the Barón de Ley Group. The wines from this winery stand out for their extraordinary value for money.

The most emblematic wines of the brand are the reservas and gran reservas, a range that, since 2019, with the incorporation of Pablo Tascón as technical director, has been enriched with new single-vineyard and varietal wines crafted from minority native grape varieties.

Barón de Ley owns a total of 600 hectares of its own vineyards spread across different areas of the D.O.Ca. Rioja, and is equipped with the most advanced technology.
