The surname Anselmann has been linked to viticulture for almost nine centuries, as the first records in this regard date back to 1126. However, the coat of arms now displayed by the winery is more recent, dating from 1541. It was not until 1959 that the most fruitful phase of the winery began, with the introduction of modern tanks for winemaking and more thorough work in viticulture, which led to wines that have increasingly earned the applause of critics and the public alike.
