We produce cavas and noble white wines exclusively from our own harvest. The terroir of our estate provides us with honest wines, with mineral touches, that withstand the passage of time excellently. A purely Mediterranean style, very fresh with hints of white fruits and flowers. On the palate, their structure and liveliness stand out.
Professional career
Assistant winemaker in the Champagne region (France). Harvest/vinification of two cooperatives. In 1991, after completing studies in economics and finance at ESADE, he joined the company. From 2007, he took full responsibility for management.
