Description of their own wines
At Los Aljibes, we work with a total of 13 grape varieties, both native and foreign. Our wines are characterized by being structured while also smooth and refined. The intention is always to preserve the typicity of each variety, accompanied by subtle touches of aging in wood with different capacities that will provide the complexity and aging potential that define us.
