Víctor Fernández is the technical force behind Bucrana’s wines, a winemaker who combines a strong scientific background with a deep passion for viticulture. He holds a degree in Biology and a qualification in Oenology, and in 2014 was recognised as «Best Young Winemaker» by Vinouvelle, an award that confirms his talent and potential. Since joining the winery in 2015, he has played a fundamental role in creating a range of wines crafted with meticulous care. His philosophy is based on a constant pursuit of quality, innovation and respect for the vineyard, making him a key figure in Bucrana’s identity and success.
