Víctor Damián Dorta Jiménez began his professional career as an advisor to various wineries: Viña Tabaiba (Gran Canaria), Jose Luis Glez-Viña Atalisca in Icod, “Jallar,” Pedro Dorta; Martel, Cueva de San Marcos, Viñaflor, Canales del Palmar, Viña Natero (Mario Rodríguez)... In 2002, he also joined as winemaker of the regional winery of Guía de Isora, Bodegas Bilma; until in 2010 he joined Bodegas Insulares Tenerife, where he has served as winemaker and, since 2015, as Technical Director of the three wineries of Bodegas Insulares Tenerife SA.
