Professional career
In 1979, the couple Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque acquired an estate where albariño grapes were cultivated. The property had a winery, which encouraged them to embark on the winemaking adventure. Pazo de Señorans launched its first vintage on the market in 1989. Today, the Pazo and the winery are also in the hands of the couple's four children: Marisol, Vicky, Javier, and Santiago.
