Description of their own wines
"The wines we produce have a distinctive character of typicity but with a particular style. Each wine conveys a bit of the terroir, the varieties, and the people who make it. For this, we always strive to remain faithful to our philosophy of understanding wine as a part of life. We aim for them to be fresh, mature, and very elegant, all wrapped in nuances and harmony."
Professional career
From 2008 to 2009, he worked as a Technical Advisor at the Vins Piñol winery in Batea (Terra Alta). Between 2006 and 2009, he was an associate professor at Universitat Rovira i Virgili. He also worked as a Technical Advisor and Winemaker at the wineries Mayol Viticultors, in Torroja (Priorat); Vinyes Domenench, in Capçanes (Montsant); Mas Blanch i Jovém, in La Pobla de Cérvoles (Costres del Segre); and Trossos del Priorat, located in Gratallops (Priorat). From 2005 to 2007, he served as a Technical Advisor and Winemaker at the Mas del Nen winery in El Serral (Conca de Barberà). From 2004 to 2009, he was a Technical Advisor and Winemaker at the Burgos.Porta winery in Poboleda (Priorat). Between 2005 and 2009, he was a Technical Advisor and Project Manager for Winegar (a European research project on vinegars through Universitat Rovira i Virgili), at Viticultors Mas d’en Gil in Bellmunt del Priorat (Priorat). From 2002 to 2009, he worked as a Technical Advisor and Winemaker at the wineries Donimi de la Cartoixa (Priorat); Natur Montsant (Montsant); Celler Prior Pons (Priorat); and Cellers Sant Rafel (Montsant). From 2005 to 2008, he was a Technical Advisor and Project Manager for vinegars and sweet wines at the winery Viticultors Mas d’en Gil (Priorat), where he also served as Technical Director and Winemaker between 1998 and 2004. From 1993 to 2006, he was the Technical Director and Winemaker at Cellers Capafons Ossó (Montsant and Priorat). From 1992 to 2004, he served as Technical Director and Winemaker at the Celler Mas Pujó winery (Penedès). In 1991, he completed an internship in enology at the Torre de Oña winery (Rioja Alavesa). Between 1988 and 1990, he was an Enologist and responsible for the winery and laboratory during the harvest

Training
He studied as a Technical Assistant in Agricultural Operations at the Camp Joliu Agricultural School in Arboç del Penedès; he is also a Specialist Technician in Oenology and Viticulture, a title awarded by the School of Oenology in Falset; he earned a degree in Oenology at the School of Oenology in Tarragona, part of the University of Barcelona, and completed the Master of Sommelier program at the Rovira i Virgili University.
