Description of their own wines
All the wines from the Vi Rei winery are produced following strict quality protocols. Part of the grapes are harvested by hand and part by machine, which does not cause any detriment, as the entire vineyard is owned by the winery, and the maximum time from grape picking to processing is 20 minutes. Ripeness controls are carried out to determine the optimal harvest moment. All varieties are harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, with aging on lees, where the duration is defined according to the type of wine. Subsequently, the ‘coupages’ are determined. The winery produces white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines. All the wines are aromatic and complex, and all feature the slight saline aroma that characterizes the winery.
