Professional career
Between the years 2000 and 2004, winemaker at Bodegas Álvarez y Díez in the D.O. Rueda. From 2004 to 2005, technical director of Bodegas Castillo Mudéjar, in the D.O. Rueda, also managing the construction and machinery of this winery built in the same year. Since 2005, she created a technical consultancy (Avintec 3 Asesoría de vinos S.L.) to manage the technical direction of wineries such as Vinos Sanz, Félix Sanz, and Bodegas Val de Vid, in the D.O. Rueda, Bodegas Liberalia Enológica, in the D.O. Toro, and Bodegas Enológica Wamba in Pampliega, for Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León. Additionally, she is part of various tasting committees of regulatory councils and Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León. She is a professor of Tasting in the I and II Master's in Wine Business Management (Madrid), as well as in various wine tasting initiation courses.
