Salvador is the great support of Luis García, with whom he works side by side in each production. Due to his humble nature, he has always remained in the shadows, but his contribution has been no less important. A devoted connoisseur of all the specific characteristics of each variety, he is a great specialist in blending varieties and preparing the wine for bottling.
