I would define them as timeless wines, as they maintain the essence of the legacy of the project initiated by Jean Leon himself, and therefore designed in the 20th century but delightfully enjoyable in the 21st century. These are wines with body, tannins, character, barrel aging, and great aging potential in the bottle. We could say they are a perfect “mestizaje” between the terroir of Jean Leon, the French-origin varieties, and the expertise of everyone involved in the process.
