Since 1999 advising on viticulture in different estates, and in 2001 began the first production at Bodegas y Pagos Matarredonda, with Libranza 2001.

Master in Viticulture, Oenology, and Wine Marketing from the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization. Internships in wineries and estates across various countries and regions: France, Cigales, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, and Argentina.
