Professional career
Javier and Roberto San Ildefonso arrived in the D.O. Toro in 1998, attracted by the potential of this wine-producing region. Shortly after, they established Bodegas Sobreño, a winery that today has been joined by the next generation of the family: Paloma San Ildefonso.
