Since 1920, Parxet has been producing cava in the Alella area, north of Barcelona, where we find the characteristic Pansa Blanca variety and the sandy sauló soils. We work following the traditional method of sparkling wine production, starting with the selection of vineyards and adhering to the strictest respect for the natural product.
Professional career
All his life involved in the world of wine. His family has been connected to wine for five hundred years. His connection with Parxet began with the acquisition of the group's wineries (Parxet, Marqués de Alella, and Tionio) in 2006.
