It is in the heart of our vineyards where time does its work. Although during the harvest we may feel that we have a good crop, only the passage of time will prove us right. Our wines require patience, and this comes at a cost. But the result, the pleasure our wine offers after three years for the Brut Reserve and more than seven years for the Comtes de Champagne, is truly a treasure. Behind every promise, there is always a secret. I will reveal one: Almost the entire production of Taittinger is made exclusively with first-press wines.
