Professional career
Paul Hobbs is one of the most prestigious winemakers in North America. From the beginning, Hobbs' career has achieved significant milestones working for highly recognized wineries such as Robert Mondavi, Opus One, and Simi, and later as a consultant for companies like Lewis and Peter Michael. Today, Hobbs owns his own winery in Sebastopol, California, home to some of the most prized grapes from Napa and Sonoma. Additionally, he continues to work as a consulting winemaker in countries such as Argentina and Hungary. Hobbs' contribution to Veramonte has helped consolidate the production of Pinot Noir in the Casablanca Valley.
