Professional career
In the mid-1990s, the couple Paco Rodero (pictured) and Conchita Villa, owners of several hectares of vineyards near Pedrosa de Duero, decided to build a winery to vinify the fruit of their vines. In less than twenty years, Bodegas Pago de los Capellanes has become a benchmark not only in Ribera del Duero but also in the entire Spanish wine scene.
