Professional career
In 1995, he began his career as an enólogo at the Cooperativa San Isidro de Maluenda (D.O. Calatayud). In 1998, he joined Bodegas Aragonesas. From 2004 to 2010, he served as the technical director of the wine division of the Proconsol group. He has also taught classes at the Escuela Universitaria Politécnica de La Almunia de Doña Godina and was a member of the tasting panel for the Concurso Nacional de los Premios Manojo. He worked as the technical director of Alianza de Garapiteros (D.O. Calatayud) and as an enólogo at Bodega Sommos (D.O. Somontano) until 2017.
