Mª Victoria Pariente
Professional career
Born in Rueda (Valladolid), Victoria Pariente left her career in Physics and Chemistry teaching to dedicate herself to oenology and fulfill her father's dream of crafting great white wines that are now benchmarks of the D.O. Rueda. Her father, José Pariente, was already producing white wines artisanally in the 1960s. In 1998, the first Verdejo crafted by Victoria was launched, named José Pariente in honor of her father.
