When the first vineyards were planted, it was confirmed that the terrain was suitable (verifying what the Romans had already discovered centuries ago), but it would yield grapes with distinctive characteristics. That is why we decided to plant 10 varieties, 5 white and 5 red, and produce each one separately.
The winery has a wide range of wines, as each variety on its own can be enjoyed pleasantly; and when 'coupages' are made, it becomes evident that they are complex and structured wines. It is very difficult to choose just one wine, as tasting from the tanks and later the bottled wine, each one evokes memories of a very special moment, although, of course, they all remind us of the estate they come from and their proximity to the Mediterranean.
