Since August 2012, winemaker at the 1927 production winery of Protos, being responsible for the winery during the harvest period, performing the following tasks: organization and control of personnel, organization and control of winemaking tasks, design of production protocols and decision-making, fermentation control and monitoring. Since 2009, working at Bodegas Protos in the wine tourism department. In 2008, harvest campaign at "Grandes Bodegas" (La Horra, Burgos) and assistant winemaker at the winery "La Rural" (Felipe Rutini) in Mendoza (Argentina).
