The slow fermentations, long macerations, and natural stabilizations allow us to produce wines with aging potential, complex and with great structure, which are the true reflection of the diversity and quality of the grapes from our vineyards.
Professional career
After starting his career at Freixenet, Rivero spent a few years at Viñedos y Bodegas de la Hacienda de Letras (Mexico) before joining Vinícola del Priorat in 2018.

Training
Master in Fermented Beverages, specializing in sparkling wines and oenological research, from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili; and a Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Barcelona.
