Professional career
Regular contributor as a journalist and taster for various specialized wine and gastronomy publications such as Vinoselección, Sobremesa, La Guía Campsa de Vinos, Enólogos, El Correo del Vino, Alimentos de Castilla-La Mancha, EL PAÍS Club de Vinos, Guía de Bodegas de Castilla-La Mancha, he is also the author of the book *Senderos de Vino y Gastronomía, Castilla-La Mancha y Madrid*. In 2006, he founded Bodegas El Linze, a winery that has received critical acclaim with awards such as Best Wine of Spain in its category for two consecutive years, according to the Asociación Española de Periodistas y Escritores del Vino (AEPEV). Now, Marcial Pita returns to his homeland to dedicate himself entirely to a fulfilled dream, Bodegas El Paraguas.
