In the production, I try to reflect the terroir from which the wine comes with minimal intervention in the winery and maximum care in the vineyard. I advocate for subtlety, elegance, balance, and complexity in the wines.
Professional career
Before taking on her current responsibilities at Arrayán, she completed internships at the following wineries: Remírez de Ganuza, D.O.C. Rioja; William Cole, Casablanca Valley, Chile; Bodegas Vega-Sicilia and Alión, D.O. Ribera del Duero; Hunter’s Wines, Marlborough, New Zealand; Clos Mogador, D.O.C. Priorat; Comte Armand, Pommard, Côte de Beaune, Bourgogne; Domaine du Courcel, Pommard, Côte de Beaune, Bourgogne.

Technical management of vineyard and winery and commercial tasks.
