Professional career
Born in Casinos (Valencia) in 1956, Luis García Severino is one of the prominent enologists of the Valencian Community, where he masterfully crafts the wines of Vicente Gandía winery. He began his professional career with Antonio Hospitaler and joined Bodegas Vicente Gandía in 1980. Here, he has created wines such as Ceremonia, Generación 1, Fusta Nova, and El Miracle. Additionally, in recent years, he has produced wines in other appellations such as Rueda, Rías Baixas, Rioja, and Ribera del Duero.

Luis García Severino studied at the School of Viticulture and Enology of Requena, with a specialization course at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Later, he obtained a degree in Enology.
