Professional career
After completing her studies, Ludivine Griveau chose a classic path for a young oenologist, starting her career in laboratories. From there, she moved to the Domaine Jacques Prieur winery, where she worked as an oenologist. Later, she was hired as a consultant to assist in vinifying the wines of Rosemount Estate (Australia). Since 2004, she has been working for Pierre André and is currently the technical director of the Burgundy-based firm.
Training
Degree in Food Engineering from the University of Dijon and Oenology at the Jules Guyot Institute.
