Professional career
He worked the 2004 harvest at Pago de Carraovejas and, starting in 2005, began his journey at Bodegas y Viñedos Ortega Fournier. From September to December of that year, he completed his internship in Enology. In February 2007, he joined as a Laboratory Assistant, and by mid-2008, he became the Enologist of what we now know as Dominio Fournier.
