Professional career
Since completing her studies, Ramos has been involved in various projects (Jumilla, Sardón de Duero, and Champagne), crafting wines that delve into the variety and respect for the environment, as she is one of the members of Envínate. Since 2014, she has been working at MGWines as a winemaker, and since 2019, she has been solely responsible for Bodegas Lavia and Bodegas Casa Corredor.
