Professional career
The winery was founded with the market launch of Dominio del Cuco in 2003, the result of vineyards previously selected in the páramo of Pesquera de Duero, at over 900 meters above sea level, and in Baños de Valdearados. Following the market presentation of Dominio del Cuco in 2003, they have launched a second brand derived from an even more meticulous selection of their grapes: El Especial.
