Professional career
In 1986, he began his professional career as an Enólogo and Technical Director at Vinos Sanz. Later, he worked as an enólogo and advisor in various wineries: Hijos de Alberto Gutiérrez, Velasco Estero, Bodegas Castelo de Medina, Viñedos Valdelacasa, Montelarreina, Bodega y Viñedos Ossian, and Bodegas Fariña; as well as a professor of Enology and Tasting in the International Master's for Sommeliers at CEU Centro de Negocios (Valladolid). Since July 2013, he has been the Technical Director and Enólogo at Bodegas y Viñedos Finca La Legua (Cigales).
