Native of Aranda de Duero, Juan Ayuso has an extensive career in the world of wine and currently owns an enological consultancy dedicated to advising other enologists and wineries that lack this department. He is currently in charge of more than fifty wineries spread across the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and the Peninsula.
