A common thread in the work of all our wines is to try to reflect the vineyards they come from as much as possible, always with the utmost respect both in the vineyard and during production. None of our wines use commercial yeast, nor are they subjected to filtration or clarification processes. Furthermore, all of them complete their fermentation process in wooden vats of various capacities. The goal of each of our wines is to craft wines balanced in terms of alcohol and acidity.
Professional career
In the 2001 vintage Juan Antonio Ponce began working at Compañía Telmo Rodríguez in different regions, overseeing and controlling plantations, winemaking, and bottling. From 2006 onwards, he has been exclusively dedicated to his project Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce, a winery founded in 2005.
