Professional career
He began his career in 1988, collaborating with Bodegas Santiago Ruiz. From 1989 to 1993, he participated in Terras Gauda, of which he is a founding partner. Later, in 1995, he established Adegas Galegas. Since 2012, he has been working as a wine consultant and designer, in collaboration with J. César Alonso and Pablo Ibáñez, from HGA Bodegas y Viñedos de Altura.
