Professional career
José Manuel Corrales has dedicated his entire professional life to the world of wine, and specifically, he has been linked to Avelino Vegas S.A. since 1997. Currently, he is the winemaker for the three wineries that make up the Avelino Vegas Group: Avelino Vegas D.O. Rueda, located in Santiuste (Segovia); Bodegas Fuentespina, located in Fuentespina (Burgos) and part of the D.O. Ribera del Duero; and Avelino Vegas D.O. Ribera del Duero, in Peñafiel (Valladolid).
