Otazu wines have the profile of Atlantic climate wines with great aging potential. Generally, they feature vibrant colors and deep layers, intense aromas, and a fresh palate.
Professional career
Over the last 15 years, he has worked in various bodegas in Rioja, Priorato, and Somontano, where he has gained extensive experience in winemaking using both local and international grape varieties.
