Since its inception, he has always been connected to this world, as his parents own vineyards in Utiel. This is where José Luis took his first steps as a viticulturist. Responsible for on-site vineyard monitoring of the grapes used by Vicente Gandía to craft their wines, he is an expert in identifying the perfect moment of grape ripeness for harvesting. Additionally, he is a specialist in macerations and fermentation processes. His extensive experience in the production of cavas and sparkling wines has been essential in the development and evolution of the entire range of Cavas, Hoya de Cadenas, and El Miracle.
