José Francisco Rodríguez, an executive linked to the business world and the media, decided to bring his dream to life by working with old Garnacha grape vineyards located at high altitudes in the Sierra de Gredos. This is how the wine Pedatón was born, with D.O.P. Cebreros (Ávila). In his own words: “It is born from enthusiasm and a profound love for the world of wine, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and the pursuit of excellence in every project I have had the opportunity to lead throughout my professional career.
