Professional career
José Antonio Martínez López is the son of a grape grower. In 1985, he began his journey in the wine sector, and in 2008, he decided to change the way of working the vineyard to focus on sustainable agriculture and cultivate entirely organically. In 2010, he started crafting natural wines in an artisanal way for personal consumption and for friends. Encouraged by the positive reception, in 2014, he decided to build a small family winery, seeking the support of the oenologist Juan Santos González to launch new organic wines to the market.
